What are Listing and Exclusion in SAP SD?
Answer
Listing and Exclusion control which materials a customer is allowed or not allowed to purchase.
Types:
• Listing: Allows only specific materials for a customer.
• Exclusion: Prevents certain materials from being sold to a customer.
Real-Time Example
A wholesale customer is allowed to purchase only industrial products. SAP blocks consumer products from being ordered by that customer using the Exclusion process.
