1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your credentials.
- One account per person; recruiters may operate one account per legitimate company entity.
- You must provide accurate information on your profile or job postings.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, fake jobs, or fraudulent solicitations.
- No scraping or automated harvesting of candidate / recruiter data.
- No discriminatory job postings.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post (profile, questions, interview experiences). You grant MyERPNetwork a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform and in search engines.
5. Liability
MyERPNetwork is a connection platform. We do not employ candidates and we do not guarantee offers, hires or salary outcomes. The service is provided "as is".
6. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Governing law
