Job Title: SAP SD / OTC Consultant Company: HSN Tech Solutions Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: On-site (5 Days Work From Office) Job Summary: HSN Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to support enterprise sales and distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP SD, a thorough understanding of OTC business processes, excellent English communication skills, and a stable professional career history. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with business processes. - Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns. - Configure and maintain SAP SD functionality based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot functional issues related to sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer account processes. - Coordinate with SAP MM, FI, and other relevant teams to support cross-functional integration. - Participate in requirements gathering, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user support materials. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions. - Support ongoing system improvements and resolve production issues. Required Skills: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant SAP SD experience. - Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes. - Understanding of sales order management, pricing, shipping, delivery, billing, and returns. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Candidates from multinational companies (MNCs) are preferred. - Stable career history with consistent professional experience. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills. - Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office five days a week.
