Job Description

Workday Configuration & Production Support Configure and support Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and related functional areas. Maintain, update, and enhance Workday business processes, workflows, condition rules, notifications, and approvals. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configuration changes. Troubleshoot functional and system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution. Support day-to-day production activities, enhancements, and Workday release-related updates. Data Management & EIB Loads Design, build, and execute inbound and outbound Enterprise Interface Builder integrations. Perform mass data loads, data corrections, and data migration activities using EIB. Validate data accuracy before and after loads to ensure completeness and compliance. Partner with HR and business teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data integrity. Support recurring data maintenance activities across Workday HCM.
