Job Description

End-to-end US IT recruitment experience with hands-on exposure to W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring. Strong experience in sourcing profiles using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals. Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and hiring models. Expertise in screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with clients. Experience working with direct clients, system integrators, and implementation partners. Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders in the US market. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience maintaining ATS and recruitment reports.
