Job Description

Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time requirements. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand client requirements. Submit qualified candidates within defined turnaround times. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates. Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Track candidate pipeline, interview status, and placements using ATS/CRM tools. Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation requirements. Meet individual and team hiring targets and performance metrics.
