Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical solutions across Financials, Procurement, Projects, Expenses, and related enterprise modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle best practices. Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services. Define and execute enterprise data migration and data management strategies using FBDI, HDL, and ADFDI, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, governance, and performance. Design and deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using BI Publisher, FRS, OTBI, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Develop and optimize PL/SQL-based solutions for data transformation, validation, extraction, and performance tuning across Oracle ERP environments. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Oracle Cloud technical architecture and integration designs. Lead technical delivery workstreams across the full lifecycle including design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and business users to ensure successful end-to-end delivery. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams through mentoring, troubleshooting, and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery standards and best practices.
