Job Description
Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios Support customers in defining AS-IS and TO-BE SAP system landscape architectures during transition and transformation engagements Apply in-depth technical expertise in SAP Basis system administration tasks including transport management, user administration, system monitoring, and performance optimization Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patch application cycles, and S/4HANA system conversions following SAP best practices and methodologies under guidance Collaborate with SAP Basis teams distributed across multiple office locations and geographies (SAP Global Delivery Hub) for the execution of technical delivery activities Participation in managing technical communication and coordination with customer IT teams throughout the project lifecycle Support post-go-live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoption Help monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metrics Contribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post-deployment business impact Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment Learn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high-quality project execution Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience
