Job Description

Monitor and resolve batch scheduling issues (POM) Perform environment health checks (RDS Ops) Monitor system performance and logs Support month-end / EOD batch cycles Coordinate environment refreshes Handle basic security issues: o User / role / privilege issues Work with Oracle support for infra-related issues Experience in: Batch monitoring tools (POM preferred) Oracle Retail cloud operations (RDS) o System performance monitoring Basic knowledge of: SQL, Security (IDCS / roles)
