Leading the development and execution of tax reporting strategies to optimize client tax positions - Analyzing financial data and interpreting tax laws to provide strategic guidance on tax reporting requirements - Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams - Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables - Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for improving tax compliance and minimizing risks - Preparing and reviewing tax documents to support corporate tax planning and compliance - Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to tax and audit guidance Excelling in corporate tax planning and compliance - Demonstrating proficiency in tax accounting and auditing - Utilizing analytical thinking for financial statement analysis - Embracing change and innovation in tax consulting - Developing skills in preparing and documenting tax returns - Engaging in strategic questioning to enhance tax governance - Building relationships through effective communication and teamwork The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
