Job Description

Provide functional support and subject matter expertise for ERP Payroll module. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with applicable laws, regulations & company policies. Drive ERP product enhancement initiatives related to payroll functionality. Administer and maintain payroll systems ensuring data integrity. Support system upgrades, patches & payroll module enhancements. Monitor, investigate & resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately. Generate payroll reports including: Tax filings Benefits deductions Statutory & compliance reports Provide exceptional customer service and user support. Ensure confidentiality and data security of payroll information. Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations, tax laws & industry best practices.
