Job Description

Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data. * Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions. * Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations. * Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models. * Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes. * Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. * Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities. * Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues. * Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams. * Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.
