Job Description

Lead, develop, and scale multiple engineering teams focused on Oracle ERP and supply chain platform delivery, integration, and operations. Hire and develop engineering managers and senior engineers; build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning. Own engineering delivery across multiple workstreams; set goals, track progress, and hold teams accountable to quality, velocity, and operational excellence. Partner with VP-level and Director-level stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Supply Chain, and Business Operations to align engineering strategy with organizational priorities. Drive workforce planning including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and resource allocation across teams. Define and enforce engineering standards, processes, and best practices that scale across the organization. Lead the technical roadmap for Oracle ERP and supply chain engineering in partnership with Enterprise Architects and senior engineers. Build and champion a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, continuous learning, and high performance. Oversee production reliability, incident management, and operational health across Oracle ERP and supply chain platforms. Manage budget, vendor relationships, and third-party tool evaluations relevant to the engineering organization. Drive AI and intelligent automation strategies into enterprise ERP and supply chain processes at scale. Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-assisted operations, and engineering modernization at scale.
