Job Description Role Overview The Enterprise Technology Lead is a senior leadership role within Global Services (MGS), responsible for shaping, governing, and delivering enterprise‑wide technology capabilities that enable global business segments to operate with simplicity, scale, trust, and measurable business value. This role will lead a portfolio of enterprise‑wide platforms and capabilities, including: Master Data Management (MDM) & Data Governance Intelligent Automation (RPA, workflow, agentic automation) Enterprise AI platforms and use cases Enterprise corporate applications, such as: Travel & Expense platforms (e.g., Concur) Enterprise Planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) The Enterprise Technology Lead operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, automation, and enterprise platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Five Principles and long‑term Digital Core roadmap.
