SME – Machinery, Plant & Production

Job Description

1. Machinery / Equipment / Maintenance Act as the SME for construction machinery maintenance including preventive, breakdown & corrective maintenance. Define and map maintenance workflows into ERP such as: Approval → Maintenance / Reject Material Requisition (MR) Job Card / Service Bill creation Store issue via MIN (Material Issue Note) Reject loops & re-approvals Accounting posting in Machinery P&L Job sheets & reporting Define approval hierarchies, role-based access & maintenance request logic. Ensure integration between: Machinery usage logs & hour tracking Fuel consumption & alerts Spare parts inventory & stores Accounts for maintenance cost posting Set up preventive maintenance schedules, inspection plans & service alerts. Maintain complete machinery lifecycle logs from acquisition to retirement. Generate reports on machine usage, downtime, fuel, maintenance cost, depreciation & performance.
