Job Description

Required Technical Skills: Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SAM; Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs); Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub); Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and ITAM modules; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Attributes for success: Strong problem-solving and technical design skills; Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture; Attention to detail and data integrity focus; Ability to balance technical and business requirements; Mentorship and leadership capabilities Preferred skills: 8 + years of ServiceNow development experience preferred; SAM Pro strongly preferred; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM); Understanding of software licensing concepts and compliance processes; Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM frameworks
