Senior UX Expert / Product UX Lead

Job Description

The Senior UX Expert / Product UX Lead will be responsible for enhancing and standardizing the user experience of the ERP product by simplifying complex workflows, improving usability of form-intensive modules, and driving user adoption. The role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Engineering (HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, PHP), QA, and Support teams to ensure UX designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with business processes. This is a product-focused UX role, not a UI-only or frontend development position.
