Job Description
Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time requirements. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand client requirements. Submit qualified candidates within defined turnaround times. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates. Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Track candidate pipeline, interview status, and placements using ATS/CRM tools. Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation requirements. Meet individual and team hiring targets and performance metrics. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets. Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS requirements, and implementation partners. Expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of US visa types and work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC. Familiarity with tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099. Ability to work in US shift/night shift environments. Experience using ATS tools and recruitment trackers.
