Senior IT Developer

Job Description

Application Development and Support Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications supporting internal business function. Analyze systems and implement new applications or enhancements. Write, test, and debug code following development standards. Maintain system documentation and build integrations or specialized programs. Support maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshoot system issues. Systems Analysis and Implementation Analyze system capabilities, data inputs/outputs, and processing requirements. Develop implementation plans and prepare operating and support documentation. Recommend improvements to development standards and system processes. Business Collaboration Partner with business teams to gather and document requirements. Lead discovery sessions and translate technical solutions for business users. Provide user support and training. Project Delivery and Team Collaboration Participate in or lead projects from design through implementation. Collaborate across IT and business teams and mentor junior developers when applicable. Process Improvement and Compliance Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency. Monitor integrations and data synchronization. Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and corporate IT standards.
