Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Manager to lead and manage ERP operations, implementation, customization, and support within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing business processes, ensuring smooth ERP system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization's ERP system to ensure high availability and performance. Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and enhancement projects. Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Collaborate with departments such as Production, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and HR. Monitor ERP workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the ERP environment. Generate reports, dashboards, and business insights for management decision-making. Lead and mentor ERP support and functional teams.
