SCO-Procurement-Specialist - Senior Analyst

Job Description

Manage end-to-end RFx lifecycle (RFI, RFQ, RFP) including event creation, supplier communication, and timeline tracking. Coordinate and manage supplier clarifications throughout the sourcing process, ensuring timely and accurate responses Conduct bid evaluations by performing commercial comparisons, scoring, and benchmarking against defined criteria. Support development of supplier evaluation frameworks, scoring models, and summary dashboards. Consolidate supplier responses and prepare bid comparison summaries for stakeholder review. Support formulation of sourcing insights and recommendations for supplier selection and award decisions. Assist in preparing sourcing award recommendations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and evaluation outcomes. Maintain RFx documentation, audit trails, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and governance standards Execute PO amendments, updates, and closure activities as directed, ensuring proper documentation and approval routing. Track order status, follow up with suppliers on delivery, advance shipping notices, and assist with initial issue resolution. Maintain PR‑PO logs and update internal systems with the required status information. Support adjacent I2P activities such as GR/SES tracking, invoice block clarification, and basic 3‑way match escalations.
