Job Description

Create and process purchase requisitions based on requester inputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and correct Buying Channel selection (catalog, guided buying, free text, spot buy, sourcing event initiation). Validate catalog content, pricing accuracy, and availability before converting PRs to POs. Convert PRs to POs after validating documentation, basic compliance checks, and alignment with contracts and catalog items. Execute PO amendments, updates, and closure activities as directed, ensuring proper documentation and approval routing. Track order status, follow up with suppliers on delivery, advance shipping notices, and assist with initial issue resolution. Maintain PR‑PO logs and update internal systems with the required status information. Support adjacent I2P activities such as GR/SES tracking, invoice block clarification, and basic 3‑way match escalations.
