Job Description

Assist during Pre‑KT and KT planning activities by preparing documentation, templates, and checklists. Participate in Knowledge Transfer, including Job Shadowing and Reverse Job Shadowing to learn processes and demonstrate understanding. Support Go‑Live activities by updating trackers, validating transactions, and reporting early defects. Contribute to Hypercare stabilization by helping resolve basic issues, updating logs, and supporting ticket resolution activities. Foundational understanding of market intelligence, procurement operations (PR PO, supplier data, contract basics). Familiarity with ERP and procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP or similar) is an advantage. Any transition experience is an add-on. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data entry discipline. Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with global stakeholders. Basic analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables preferred). Proactive, eager to learn and capable of working in a fast paced delivery environment.
