SAP Test Manager

About the Role InfoBeans Technologies is looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead testing activities for enterprise SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end SAP testing, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SAP testing methodologies, test management, and quality assurance, along with experience in AccelQ integration with SAP and enterprise-level test automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects. Manage SAP testing strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. Coordinate AccelQ integration with SAP for automated testing and quality assurance. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Monitor test execution progress, identify project risks and blockers, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure all functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities are completed successfully. Drive quality assurance best practices and continuous process improvements across SAP projects. Support project go-live activities and provide post-deployment quality assurance support. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in SAP Testing and Quality Assurance. Proven experience leading SAP testing teams on large-scale SAP implementation projects. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and AccelQ automation. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple testing workstreams in a fast-paced project environment.
