SAP SF ECP with UK Payroll

Job Description

Lead overall solution architecture and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). • Design and configure complex payroll components including Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Valuation Rules, Retro Payroll, and Off-Cycle Payroll. • Manage EC–ECP integration using Business Integration Builder (BIB), IDocs, APIs, and replication monitoring. • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, Payroll Control Center (PCC), validations, audits, and statutory compliance. • Define and lead testing strategies including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, and Cutover. • Govern payroll data migration, reconciliation, and validation during implementation. • Act as L4 escalation point for critical payroll and integration issues. • Ensure compliance with global statutory regulations, GDPR, SOX, and audit requirements. • Engage with HR, Finance, Audit, and senior business stakeholders.
