SAP Project Manager

Job Description

Project Planning & Delivery Lead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage project scope, budget, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Management * Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors. * Conduct steering committee meetings and provide project status reports. * Manage expectations and ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders. SAP Implementation Methodology * Apply SAP implementation methodologies such as: *SAP Activate *ASAP Methodology *Agile or Hybrid approaches. Team Leadership * Manage cross-functional teams including: * SAP Functional Consultants (MM, SD, FICO, PP, QM, etc.) * SAP Technical Teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) * Business Process Owners * Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners. Risk & Issue Management * Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. * Track and resolve project issues and dependencies. * Ensure change management processes are followed. Budget & Resource Management * Manage project financials including budget, forecasting, and resource planning. * Monitor project costs and ensure optimal utilization of project resources.
