About the Role AplusA Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated SAP PP Consultants (Freshers) to join its growing SAP practice in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed SAP PP training and possess industrial or manufacturing domain experience. You will begin your SAP career by working alongside experienced consultants on implementation, support, and enhancement projects while gaining exposure to real-world SAP Production Planning processes. As an entry-level SAP PP Consultant, you will assist senior consultants in understanding business requirements, configuring SAP PP functionalities, testing business processes, preparing project documentation, and supporting production planning activities. Key Responsibilities Assist senior consultants in SAP Production Planning (PP) implementation and support projects. Learn and understand end-to-end manufacturing and production planning business processes. Participate in requirement gathering sessions with functional teams and business users. Support the configuration of SAP PP organizational structures, master data, and production planning settings. Assist in maintaining Material Master, Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions. Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) execution and monitor production planning activities. Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) under the guidance of senior consultants. Help prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), test scripts, user manuals, and project documentation. Coordinate with SAP MM, QM, SD, and ABAP teams during project execution. Analyze production issues, document observations, and assist in resolving functional problems. Participate in end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Continuously enhance SAP PP knowledge by learning SAP best practices and S/4HANA functionalities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 0–2 years of experience. Minimum 1 year of industrial/manufacturing (non-SAP) domain experience is mandatory. Completion of SAP PP training from a recognized training institution is mandatory. Basic understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and inventory management concepts. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office on a full-time basis. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
