SAP PP Consultant / Custom Software Engineer

About the Role Accenture is looking for an SAP PP professional to join its Bengaluru team. The role focuses on SAP Production Planning and Control within discrete manufacturing environments. The selected candidate will work on SAP PP solutions, supporting production planning processes, system enhancements, integration with other enterprise modules, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP PP solutions based on business requirements. • Work on SAP Production Planning and Control processes for discrete manufacturing. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. • Support integration between SAP PP and other SAP/enterprise modules. • Troubleshoot SAP PP issues and provide appropriate functional solutions. • Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements. • Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams. • Support continuous enhancement of SAP PP processes and solutions. • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation. • Participate in Agile and structured software development lifecycle activities. • Support issue resolution and deliver scalable SAP solutions. Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of SAP PP experience. • Strong knowledge of SAP PP Production Planning and Control. • Experience in discrete manufacturing environments. • Good understanding of SAP production planning processes. • Experience with SAP PP integration with other enterprise modules. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. • 15 years of full-time education.
