SAP PM Trainee / Fresher

About the Role: Sharvi Infotech is hiring SAP PM Trainees/Freshers who are eager to begin their career in SAP Plant Maintenance. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and SAP-trained candidates who possess a strong understanding of SAP PM concepts and are looking to gain hands-on experience by working on real-time SAP implementation and support projects. Selected candidates will receive exposure to enterprise SAP environments while working with experienced consultants and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation and support activities. Understand and configure basic SAP PM master data and maintenance processes. Work with consultants to gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation. Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution. Support preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes in SAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project documentation, training materials, and user guides. Learn SAP best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or a related discipline. Freshers or SAP PM-trained freshers are eligible to apply. Good understanding of SAP PM concepts. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.
