About the Role ProvenTech is looking for an experienced SAP IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP recruitment and a strong understanding of various SAP technologies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and hiring skilled SAP professionals for consulting and implementation projects across multiple SAP domains. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP technical and functional positions. Source SAP professionals through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and professional networks. Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP consultants for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities. Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the recruitment system. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment with hands-on SAP hiring experience. Strong knowledge of SAP technologies including ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, HANA, BW, BASIS, and SuccessFactors. Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
