SAP FICO – Record to Report (RTR) Consultant Company: Big 4 (Recruitment Contact: GK HR Consulting) Experience: 7–12 Years Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Job Overview: A leading Big 4 organization is looking for experienced SAP FICO professionals with strong expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes. Candidates should have a solid understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial closing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support SAP FICO implementation and support activities. - Work on Record to Report (RTR) business processes. - Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. - Support Financial Accounting and Management Accounting activities. - Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities. - Handle financial reporting and account reconciliation. - Analyze and resolve SAP FICO-related functional issues. - Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Required Skills: - 7–12 years of SAP FICO experience. - Strong understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes. - Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). - Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. - Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities. - Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation. - Understanding of SAP implementation and support activities. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. Notice Period: Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 60 days' notice are preferred.
