SAP FI-CO Consultant

Job Description

Required Skills: 6 years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting Strong experience in production support and handling P1/P2 incidents Hands-on experience in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Experience working in SAP HANA or S/4HANA environments Strong knowledge of finance business processes Preferred Skills: Experience with S/4HANA Finance Knowledge of Fiori finance applications Experience with integration with MM and SD modules Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy Understanding of ITIL-based support processes Production Support & Incident Management Handle P1 and P2 priority incidents related to SAP FICO modules and ensure resolution within SLA timelines. Analyze and resolve production issues impacting finance business processes. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions. Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, Integration) for issue resolution. SAP FICO Functional Support Provide support for Financial Accounting (FI) modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Support Controlling (CO) processes including: Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders Profit Center Accounting Product Costing (basic exposure preferred) HANA / S4HANA Environment Support Work in SAP HANA or S/4HANA environments supporting finance processes. Support financial data analysis, reporting issues, and performance optimization. Coordinate with technical teams for HANA-related enhancements and data corrections.
