SAP EWM Consultant

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in Decentralized Warehouse Management to support solution design, implementation, integration, and advisory activities for large-scale warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM, warehouse processes, system integration, and experience working with onsite/offshore delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Decentralized SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements. • Optimize inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes. • Manage integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and third-party logistics systems. • Support large-scale global warehouse deployments. • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts. • Conduct business workshops and provide functional guidance. • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and warehouse stakeholders. • Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP Transportation Management. • Provide functional support for warehouse automation and Material Flow Systems. • Mentor junior SAP EWM consultants. • Support post-go-live activities and resolve complex functional issues. Required Skills & Experience: • 12–15 years of overall SAP experience. • 8+ years of SAP EWM experience. • At least 2 projects involving Decentralized EWM. • Strong expertise in Decentralized Warehouse Management. • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes. • Experience with cross-docking, labor management, slotting, rearrangement, and wave management. • Experience with Value-Added Services (VAS) and replenishment. • Hands-on experience with RF Framework. • Experience with Material Flow Systems (MFS). • Experience integrating warehouse automation solutions. • Strong experience integrating SAP EWM with non-SAP ERP systems. • Strong knowledge of SAP TM integration with EWM. • Exposure to Warehouse Billing functionalities. • Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM. • Industry experience in Pharma, Retail, or Manufacturing. • SAP EWM Certification preferred.
