Job Description
Support EDI integrations across partners, carriers, and customers (e.g., 850, 856, 810, 940, 945, 943, 944 transactions). Configure partner profiles, ports, segments, and IDocs in SAP. Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc processing errors (WE02/WE05/BD87). Collaborate with VANs and middleware teams (e.g., Seeburger, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO). Work with external partners to test and validate EDI communications. Strong understanding of warehouse management operations. Proficiency in IDoc structures, custom segments, and EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT). Ability to debug IDocs and analyze data mapping issues. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, Logistics Execution).
