SAP CPI Lead (SAP Cloud Platform Integration Lead)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (formerly SAP Cloud Platform Integration - CPI). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP and non-SAP integrations, API management, cloud integration architecture, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using SAP CPI/Integration Suite. Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and third-party applications. Build and support APIs, iFlows, mappings, adapters, and integration processes. Configure and manage integration components such as SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and JDBC. Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams. Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance. Implement security standards, authentication, certificates, and monitoring processes. Lead a team of integration developers and provide technical guidance. Support integration testing, deployment, and production support activities. Required Skills 8+ years of SAP integration experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations. Experience with REST, SOAP, OData APIs, IDoc, RFC, XML, JSON, XSLT. Knowledge of API Management and Event Mesh. Experience with cloud and hybrid integration scenarios. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
