Job Description

Project Lifecycle: Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementations, as well as handling continuous enhancements and support work. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users clearly. Work Arrangement: Must be comfortable and highly effective working in a Hybrid model, with the ability to work from the office 50% of the time. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system and process inefficiencies. End-to-End Implementation: Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP WM implementations, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and align with business objectives. System Enhancements: Identify process gaps, gather business requirements, and design/build technical enhancements within the SAP WM module to optimize warehouse operations. Production Support: Provide robust day-to-day support, troubleshooting complex system issues, resolving defects, and ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. Business Collaboration: Work closely and continuously with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, provide system demonstrations, and guide them on SAP best practices. Techno-Functional Alignment: Seamlessly blend functional configuration expertise with technical (ABAP) understanding to design comprehensive, logical solutions.
