Job Description

Configure and maintain SAP Concur Expense modules including policies, workflows, audit rules, and reporting. Monitor daily expense jobs and related interfaces to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements. Troubleshoot technical queries via Service Central tickets and deliver change requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configurations with business requirements and compliance standards. + years of experience in SAP Concur Expense configuration and support. Strong expertise in expense policy setup, workflow design, audit rules, and reporting. Hands-on experience in monitoring expense jobs and managing related interfaces. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage Service Central tickets effectively. Familiarity with integration points between SAP Concur and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred).
