Job Description

Solution Design & Architecture • Design, architect, and optimize SAP Cloud ALM solutions aligned with business needs. • Develop end to end ALM architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, and related cloud applications. • Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP and non SAP systems. Requirements & Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather functional and technical ALM requirements. • Lead SAP Cloud ALM implementation projects ensuring alignment with business objectives. Configuration & Tool Chain Integration • Configure Cloud ALM components including monitoring, testing, issue management, and lifecycle automation. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of integrated toolchain mechanisms and DevOps/automation ecosystems. Governance & Best Practices • Define and maintain ALM best practices for: o Change control o Incident management o Release management o Lifecycle governance • Oversee seamless transition processes across development, testing, and production environments. Operations, Monitoring & Optimization • Monitor SAP cloud application performance and propose optimization strategies. • Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across managed landscapes. • Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaboration & Leadership • Lead ALM related initiatives, ensuring delivery within defined time and budget. • Work closely with developers, functional consultants, project managers, and business users. • Conduct training for internal teams on Cloud ALM tools, methodologies, and processes.
