About the Role: Saptarishi Solutions is hiring SAP BASIS Consultants for its Hyderabad and Bengaluru offices. We are looking for both fresh graduates with SAP BASIS certification or hands-on lab experience and experienced BASIS professionals who have worked on SAP landscape administration, upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems across development, quality assurance, and production landscapes. Perform SAP system administration, monitoring, and health checks to ensure high system availability. Execute SAP system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and patching activities. Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and support transport migration across landscapes. Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration, upgrade, and implementation projects. Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities to ensure business continuity. Monitor system performance and optimize SAP application and database performance. Collaborate with SAP Functional and ABAP teams to resolve technical issues and support project deployments. Prepare technical documentation and follow SAP BASIS administration best practices. Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP system-related incidents within SLA timelines. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Freshers (0–1 year): SAP BASIS certification or hands-on lab/project experience. Experienced Professionals (2–8 years): Hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, installations, upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
