About the Role LTIMindtree is hiring experienced SAP BASIS Consultants to join its SAP Technology practice in Hyderabad. This opportunity is part of a scheduled interview drive for professionals who have hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, system monitoring, upgrades, and SAP landscape management. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining SAP environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability across development, quality, and production landscapes. You will work closely with SAP Functional, ABAP, Infrastructure, and Security teams to support implementation, upgrade, migration, and production support activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise SAP transformation programs involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Database, and cloud-based SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems across Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments. Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementation, system refreshes, and client copy activities. Monitor SAP system health, background jobs, work processes, transport management, and system performance. Administer SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and coordinate transport migrations across landscapes. Perform SAP HANA database monitoring, backup, recovery, and system optimization activities. Support SAP S/4HANA migration, upgrade, and implementation projects. Troubleshoot system performance issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents. Coordinate with SAP ABAP, Functional, Infrastructure, and Security teams during deployments and production releases. Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and system administration reports. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and organizational governance policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 3–8 years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration experience. Experience supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Good understanding of SAP HANA database administration, Transport Management System (TMS), and system monitoring. Experience in SAP upgrades, patching, system copies, and performance tuning. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in enterprise support and implementation environments.
