SAP ABAP Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Senior / Lead Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality SAP ABAP solutions across various SAP modules. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Develop ALV Reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.Develop and maintain Interfaces using IDOC, BAPI, RFC, and Web Services.Work on enhancements such as User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Framework. Lead technical design discussions and provide technical guidance to junior developers.Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, performance optimization, and debugging. Support SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects.Prepare technical design documents and development standards. Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development. Hands-on experience in ALV, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements. Experience with IDOC, BAPI, RFC, OData, Web Services. Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or PS. Experience in S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and leadership skills.
