SAP ABAP Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications across various business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Classical Reports, Interactive Reports, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. • Work on Data Dictionary objects such as Tables, Structures, Data Elements, and Domains. • Develop and enhance BDC, BAPI, User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework objects. • Design and consume OData services for SAP Fiori applications. • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution for existing custom developments. • Work closely with functional consultants from MM, SD, FICO, and PP modules to understand business requirements. • Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment activities. • Prepare technical specifications and support end users during UAT and production rollout. • Provide production support and troubleshoot critical business issues within SLA timelines. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming. • Experience with Reports, ALV, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms. • Experience in BAPI, BDC, Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs. • Good understanding of OData Services and SAP Gateway. • Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and FICO integration points. • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. • Experience in SAP ABAP on HANA concepts is an added advantage. Preferred Skills: • CDS Views • AMDP • SAP Fiori • Workflow • IDoc Interfaces Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
