Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultant Company: UST Location: Any UST India Location Experience: 4–9 Years Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners who can join on or before 23 October 2026 Job Summary: UST is hiring experienced SAP ABAP Consultants with strong technical expertise in Core ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, OData services, and SAP S/4HANA development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in traditional ABAP development as well as modern SAP technologies, including CDS-based services and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP). Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using Core ABAP and OOABAP. - Work with the ABAP Data Dictionary, reports, function modules, enhancements, BAPIs, and BADIs. - Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ABAP programs. - Develop and maintain OData REST APIs using classical SAP Gateway (SEGW) and CDS-based approaches. - Implement OData CRUDQ operations and media handling for files and images. - Develop SAP S/4HANA solutions using CDS Views, CDS Table Functions, and AMDP. - Build and maintain OData services using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP). - Perform unit testing and support technical quality assurance. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions. - Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills: - 4–9 years of SAP ABAP development experience. - Strong knowledge of Core ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP. - Experience with Data Dictionary, reports, function modules, enhancements, BAPIs, and BADIs. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. - Experience with the ABAP Unit Test Framework. - Hands-on OData REST API development using SEGW and CDS-based approaches. - Knowledge of CRUDQ operations and media handling for files and images. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA development, CDS Views, CDS Table Functions, and AMDP. - Knowledge of RAP-based OData development. - Ability to join on or before 23 October 2026.
