About the Role Prakhush Technologies LLP is looking for talented SAP ABAP Consultants across different experience levels to join its growing SAP technology team. The organization is hiring for 50 contractual positions and is considering professionals with 1–9 years of SAP ABAP experience. The opportunity is suitable for Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead/Senior ABAP Consultants with hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and modern SAP technologies. Immediate joiners are preferred. The selected candidates will work on SAP development, enhancements, integrations, performance optimization, and S/4HANA-related technical activities based on project requirements. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP applications based on business and technical requirements. • Work on RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. • Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs and technical solutions. • Work on ABAP on HANA development and optimization. • Develop and optimize CDS Views and AMDP procedures. • Develop and support OData services using SAP Gateway. • Support SAP Fiori/UI5 backend integration and related technical activities. • Work with BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework. • Develop and support integrations using IDocs, RFCs, and other interface technologies. • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization. • Support SAP S/4HANA technical development and enhancement activities. • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. • Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. • Participate in development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. • Prepare and maintain technical specifications and development documentation. • Support continuous improvement of SAP applications and development processes. Experience-Level Expectations 1–3 Years – Junior ABAP Consultant • Strong foundation in Core ABAP and ABAP development. • Support RICEF development and maintenance activities. • Work under the guidance of senior consultants. • Assist with debugging, testing, documentation, and production support. 3–5 Years – Mid-Level ABAP Consultant • Independently handle ABAP development and enhancements. • Work on RICEF, OData, integrations, and modern ABAP technologies. • Participate in requirement analysis and technical solution design. • Handle debugging, troubleshooting, and production support activities. 5–7 Years – Senior ABAP Consultant • Independently manage complex ABAP development and enhancement requirements. • Work on ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and S/4HANA. • Take ownership of technical deliverables and issue resolution. • Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders. 7–9 Years – Lead/Senior ABAP Consultant • Lead complex SAP ABAP development and enhancement activities. • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. • Participate in solution design and technical requirement analysis. • Take ownership of critical production issues and technical deliverables. • Support performance optimization and modern SAP S/4HANA development initiatives. Required Qualifications • 1–9 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience. • Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. • Experience with one or more RICEF development areas. • Good understanding of SAP development and enhancement techniques. • Experience with relevant SAP integration technologies based on project requirements. • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently or as part of a technical team. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
