Job Description

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions · Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs · Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems · Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards · Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems · Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads · Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud · Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making · Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance · Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards · Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement · Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery Salesforce certifications preferred · Demonstrating hands-on Salesforce TPM implementation experience · Leading enterprise architectural discussions with IT stakeholders · Articulating scalability and integration trade-offs · Managing complex Salesforce TPM engagements · Possessing a functional understanding of TPM workstreams · Driving alignment between business and technical teams · Handling large data volumes and batch jobs · Exposure to AI-driven use cases within Salesforce
