Retail Forecasting (Hyderabad)

Job Description

Lead future-state CAR Allocation and Replenishment Planning initiatives. - Design replenishment and allocation processes for multi-country retail operations. - Configure, implement, and optimize SAP Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) within SAP CAR environments. - Fine-tune forecasting algorithms and parameters to improve forecast accuracy and business outcomes. - Align replenishment strategies with promotions, seasonality, inventory ownership models, and merchandising requirements. - Prepare and manage CAR data structures including UDF, OPP, and POSDTA. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Business Planning teams to ensure forecasting and replenishment readiness. - Integrate UDF forecasts with downstream planning applications and business processes. - Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CAR solutions. - Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and functional specifications. - Provide production support, issue resolution, and performance optimization for SAP CAR UDF solutions. - Support Big Bang forecasting and replenishment transformation initiatives.
