Project Manager

Job Description

7–12+ years of project management experience with strong focus on software implementation and industrial/OT system integration. •Proven delivery of enterprise and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, WMS, BI/analytics, automation, or custom applications). •Strong understanding of: •SDLC, Agile or hybrid delivery models •System integration concepts (APIs, interfaces, data flows) •Testing processes and release management •IT/OT integration and industrial environments (preferred) •Familiarity with SCADA systems, machine connectivity, or shopfloor digitalization initiatives is highly desirable. •Understanding of cybersecurity, access control, and high availability concepts in enterprise and OT environments. •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills. •Ability to bridge business, IT, and operations (manufacturing) requirements effectively. Other Requirements Success Indicators •On-time, on-budget delivery of software and industrial system solutions. •Stable and secure integration between enterprise systems and shopfloor/OT environments. •Smooth go-live with minimal operational disruption and high user adoption. •Successful implementation of machine connectivity and data integration initiatives. •Accurate translation of business and operational needs into implemented system capabilities. •Strong collaboration and alignment across business, IT, vendors, and operations teams.
