Job Description

Lead FP&A project kickoff sessions, including scope alignment, success criteria, and delivery cadence Guide customers through FP&A system navigation, user access, and security setup Drive projects to formal graduation and closure, ensuring knowledge transfer and customer readiness Validate financial outputs against ERP source data Support customers in creating executive‑ready financial statements Design and configure budgeting and forecasting models Validate workflows and budget logic with customer stakeholders Advise customers on data governance best practices within FP&A Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget. Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time. Demonstrate a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with their respective certification track. Financial Planning & Analysis Management Accounting Financial Systems Consulting ERP or EPM implementation services Hands‑on experience delivering customer‑facing consulting engagements Experience working with: Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance) Budgeting and forecasting processes Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Kinetic or similar platforms) Experience with Excel‑based financial analysis and reporting Prior Professional Services or implementation consulting experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
