Product Owner & Business Analyst – ERP

Job Description

Take end-to-end ownership of the ERP platform. Translate business vision into scalable ERP solutions. Manage functional requirements, implementations, support, and continuous improvement. Work closely with leadership, engineering, support, sales, and clients. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Requirement Management Own ERP modules end-to-end from ideation to delivery and continuous optimisation. Translate business needs into: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) User stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria Manage, prioritise, and refine the product backlog based on business impact. Act as the primary functional decision-maker for assigned ERP modules. Business Analysis & Process Design Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis across ERP functions. Design scalable, standardised, and optimised business processes. Create process flows using: Flowcharts BPMN diagrams UML diagrams Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting Support ERP configuration, customisation, testing, and deployment. Translate business processes into ERP workflows for: Finance HR & Payroll Procurement Inventory Machinery Projects & Labour Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure alignment with GST, audit, statutory, and compliance standards.
