Product Owner & Business Analyst – ERP

Job Description

Take end-to-end ownership of the ERP platform. • Translate business vision into scalable ERP solutions. • Manage functional requirements, implementations, support, and continuous improvement. • Work closely with leadership, engineering, support, sales, and clients. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Requirement Management • Own ERP modules end-to-end from ideation to delivery and continuous optimisation. • Translate business needs into: • Business Requirement Documents (BRD) • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) • User stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Manage, prioritise, and refine the product backlog based on business impact. • Act as the primary functional decision-maker for assigned ERP modules. Business Analysis & Process Design • Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis across ERP functions. • Design scalable, standardised, and optimised business processes. • Create process flows using: • Flowcharts • BPMN diagrams • UML diagrams • Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
